The device is mounted on and powered from tractors. Simplicity in adjustment of the device is brought down to possible changes of the position of the main body relative to the main frame of the suspension as well as adjustment of the rear protection cover position using hydraulic cylinders.
An initial adjustment of working depth is made by a shift of the support skids.
The RS mulcher is a device powered by the tractor's PTO through a PTO shaft, bevel gear and a belt transmission. A friction clutch and a one-way clutch protect the device from an overstrain. The mulcher is characterized by a high
effectiveness of wooden material shredding. An area prepared with this machine is immediately suitable for plowing.
Drum rotors of the mulchers are dynamically balanced during the production process.
The RS mulchers can as well be used for maintenance and setting up firebreaks as well as dirt road repairs – after shredding of the upper layer of a road it should be leveled and rolled.
